In recent years, Seth has expanded his focus into residential real estate, earning his Florida Real Estate Sales Agent license. He holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Richmond and an MBA in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University.

On a personal level, Seth loves to travel and is always up for exploring new places. He’s a big fan of live music and enjoys attending concerts whenever he can. When he's not traveling or enjoying a good show, Seth plays guitar and stays active by running 5K marathons in his spare time.

Michael Wendt

Michael was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM where he attended the University of New Mexico. Michael began his finance career immediately after graduating college. His journey took him to Colorado where he worked as a mortgage servicer during the financial crisis of 2008 to 2009. After working as a mortgage servicer, he transitioned back into a loan originator role, which is what he has been doing successfully since 2017.
