DSCR / Investor FAQ
Can I qualify without showing personal income?
For many investor properties, yes. DSCR and commercial investor loans are qualified mainly on the property's cash flow, so your personal tax returns are not the primary driver.
Can I close in an LLC?
Yes. Most investors close under an LLC or other entity, and we review the operating agreement, EIN letter, and entity standing during processing. Portfolio options are available for operators scaling multiple doors.
